The main purpose is to prevent and accommodate
warheads passing through the target plate, and to protect the
wall behind the tire wall. After the bullet passes through the
tire, its speed instantly weakens, automatically falling into the
tire without rebounding, while saving space and ensuring the
overall aesthetics of the shooting range. Its advantages are as follows:
1. The high-speed flying bullet is slowed down by high- density tire walls and falls into the filling layer, without rebound and harmful lead vapor (lead core bullets).

2. The rubber tires at the main impact area are easy to replace.

1. Polishing or sandblasting the
original concrete ground surface;

2. 3MM thick resin adhesive self-leveling layer;

3. Lay 25 thick environmentally friendly rubber bricks.

4. When a shooter fires at different locations, the bullets that are out of alignment  do not rebound when they hit the ground.

 

At the same time, the surface of the rubber bricks is rough, making it difficult for the sound of the gun to rebound, which has a certain silencing effect. The rubber bricks are made of environmentally friendly and odorless rubber bricks, which are laid with high-quality lettering.

It includes a column, a crossbeam, and a bulletproof plate. The top
of the column is equipped with a connecting frame, and both sides of
the connecting frame are fixedly connected with crossbeams.

The front side of the crossbeam is equipped with bulletproof plates .

The crossbeam is composed of multiple lattice columns connected to each other, and both ends of each lattice column are equipped with connecting steel plates.

 

One end of each lattice column is equipped with a socket block, and the other end is equipped with a socket port that matches the socket block; Adjacent lattice columns are connected through socket blocks and sockets, and fastened with bolts;

The two sides of the connecting frame are also equipped with sockets and
connecting steel plates, and the connecting frame is fixedly connected
to the lattice column through sockets and connecting steel plates. The
bulletproof beam is used to intercept bullets with deviation in shooting
at the shooting range and is convenient for maintenance.

The side rebound wall is used to reduce the
kinetic energy of bullets, absorb bullet heads, reduce bullet fragmentation pollution, and avoid
bullet rebound during live fire. It can prevent the
jumping phenomenon caused by fixed point close
range shooting of standard pistols and 79 style
micro impact bullets.

The bulletproof wall is covered with
bulletproof rubber to minimize damage to the
human body caused by bullet rebounds, shooting
debris, etc. At the same time, the bulletproof walls
on both sides are silenced to minimize the noise
generated during training.

Decoration And Configuration
Of Observation Area

The observation room is located on the same floor of the
building behind the shooter 's position, mainly serving as a
centralized equipment control and chief observation and
evaluation area. It allows observers to have a comprehensive and
real - time under standing of the shooting situation .

In order to reduce the noise in the shooting range and minimize the impact on the observation building, sound insulation treatment must be carried out inside the observation building. For the side walls of the observation building, wooden wire sound-absorbing boards are used for decoration;

The wall is welded with a fan-shaped keel steel frame to form an acoustic cavity. The outer surface is then fixed with a flame-retardant polyester fiber sound-absorbing board, which has good sound- absorbing effect and a beautiful appearance.

Range supporting equipment:
An exhaust system must be installed in the shooting range. According to the actual situation of the observation building, a ventilation scheme of one inlet and two outlets is adopted. Ensure the circulation and flow of gas within the shooting range, so as to
quickly and effectively discharge indoor exhaust gas in a timely manner.

Features:
(1) Minimize indoor exhaust gas to the greatest extent possible, and the indoor air can be set to circulate every 5 minutes to control air pollution within the site.

(2) The fan is installed in the channel between the shooting range
and the exterior wall, and is connected to the indoor pipeline
through a bent pipe. Standard specification products are used for the diameter of air ducts and air outlet devices.

(3) The intake and exhaust ducts are subjected to noise reduction treatment.

Observation Area Electrical System

Install an audio and video monitoring system in the shooting range, arrange high-definition cameras on the pan and tilt, and shoot high- definition cameras to ensure that there are no blind spots in the shooting playground monitoring, so that the application of the entire system remains at a leading level for a considerable period of time. And it has the following characteristics:


Reliability: The principle of system reliability should run through the
entire process of system design, equipment selection, software and hardware
configuration, and system construction. Only a reliable system can play an
effective role.

Convenience: The operation of the monitoring system should have the
characteristics of flexibility, simplicity, friendly human-machine interface, and
easy mastery. Operators can use and maintain things conveniently, so as to
maximize the functionality of the entire system.

 

Scalability: The system design leaves ample room for easy system expansion
in the future. For this reason, the equipment adopts a modular structure and
can be supplemented at any time when needed. Add video and other control
modules to ensure flexible scalability of the system.
