LOMAH-LOCATION MISS AND HIT
Our newly developed shock wave target is equipped with advanced Lomah technology. What is the Lomah System? Basically, it is a computerized rifle or pistol scoring system. In military settings, it can also be used for mortars and tanks. The sensor at the target end of the shooting range detects the projectile passing through the target and feeds back the "X/Y coordinates" to the video display screen of the shooting station.
The sensor system is a set of microphones used to detect
the supersonic "rumbling sound" of the projectile passing overhead. This information is transmitted wirelessly back to the computer on the shooter's side, which displays graphical explanations of misses and hit positions. The target shape is irrelevant - only the position of the 'hole' is transmitted back to the shooter's monitor .
The target can be of any shape and is widely used in shooting weapons.
